Refund and Returns Policy

Our Goggle-Shop refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.

To sort your return on your goggles or accessories your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late refunds

We always aim to sort the refund out on the date it arrives back to us. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please give us a call we always keep a record of transactions and do not store card details but we will be able to notify you of the refund. It will be made back to the original purchase method eg. Paypal, Debit / Credit card used at time of purchase.

Exchanges

We can only offer an exchange they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Sales@Goggle-Shop.com and send your item to: Goggle Shop – Unit 24 – Highfield Business Park – Glos – GL19 4BP. We are only a small company but can happily work with our customers for a great experience so if there has been an order placed for the wrong model by the customer just get in touch with us we would be happy to talk and sort things out for you.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Goggle Shop – Unit 24 – Highfield Business Park – Glos – GL19 4BP.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless there was some type of manufacture defect – as stated before we are a small company don’t worry about giving us a call to sort things out.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Always be aware that a tracked service is probably the best option when returning items just to avoid any hassle.
